Nathan began investing in residential real estate in 2004, successfully flipping properties in Los Angeles and building a portfolio of buy-and-hold homes.
With nearly two decades of experience as an insurance and risk management consultant, he brings a unique perspective to real estate investing.
In 2022, he launched Fulfillment Lending, LLC to help investors and borrowers achieve their goals.
Nathan lives in Horseshoe Bend, Idaho with his wife and three children, enjoying the outdoors, family time, and community life.
